Shipping Policy

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Monday or Tuesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Most hair orders will be received with 3-5 business days, such USA, Europe, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Shipping Dealy or Lost Order

Please be advised that Chiti Beauty Wigs assumes no responsibility for delays or lost orders. Once we assign the package to a carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the carrier's responsibility. If your item is lost in transit, it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the carrier. But we will be commit to help you track orders and handle transit/lost matter.
