Q: How long will be shipped after I place an order?
Answer: Normally, it needs 3-4 working days, but if the order add the Custom Service, it will need 5-6 more days to be ready for shipment then.
Q: If I want return the parcel, do I need to pay the returned shipping fee?
Answer: If the returning is due to our problems See our return & exchange policy, we will provide a full refund for you; If the returning is due to your problems (Such as: Don't like/want, Order wrong product/size), we will remove $10 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee.
Q: If I make a wrong order, can I exchange it?
Answer: If the parcel has not been shipped, you can send us the Email to [email protected]. We will modify the order for you. Once your parcel is shipped out, you need to receive it and try to make an exchange.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
Answer: You can book the desired salon or hair services through our booking system between today to any day in next 15+ days in advance.
Q: How do I choose the right treatments and products?
Answer: ChiTi Beauty Salon & Hair Replacement We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. Whether you are looking for a skin care product line to use at home, or have specific needs for a salon or hair replacement treatment, we are always available to answer your questions with video call service or directly.
Q: What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or hair treatment?
Answer: Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. He/She will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.
Q: Can I book extra services?
Answer: Of course you always book extra services. Please ask us! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
Q: How common is hair loss?
Answer: Everyone loses hair on a daily basis at a rate of approximately 40 to 150 individual hairs per day. Usually, the hair will grow back. If the hair follicle is thinned, however, this re-growth does not occur. All women experience some degree of gradual hair loss in their lifetime as a result of natural aging and changes in the women's hormone androgen. Men also may experience hair loss same system.
Q: Who is a candidate for transplantation?
Answer: Your desire and motivation for a more attractive hairline, as well as increased hair density, are the keys to success in treating hair loss. At the initial consultation, your surgeon will advise you if there are any factors that could limit your ability to benefit from our hair replacement techniques.
In general, age or sex is not a limiting factor for our hair restoration techniques. Patients age 70 and older have had successful procedures. Individuals in their 30's who are experiencing male pattern or female pattern baldness also can be successfully treated. Even younger patients may be candidates, but should be managed conservatively. Women with specific patterns of hair loss also may qualify as candidates.

- Individuals with well-defined male pattern baldness or female pattern baldness.
- Individuals with hair loss from scarring, scalp injuries or cosmetic surgery procedures.
- Individuals who wish to restore or thicken eyebrows, mustaches or beards.
- Individuals who had prior hair restoration procedures.
Q: Are there any complications with hair transplantation?
Answer: No surgery is with out any complications. You will be given a detailed consent sheet with a full list of complications which you will have to sign prior to the procedure. You are welcome to ask for any clarifications on any doubt you may have.
